1. Introduction

Avanti Homes provides home renovations, garage remodeling, and related home improvement services. These Terms govern all interactions between Avanti Homes (DBA of Garage-Lux).

2. Use of Our Website

By using our website, you agree to: Use the site only for lawful purposes Not attempt to harm, hack, or disrupt the website Not copy, reproduce, or misuse our content, images, or materials without permission All content on the website is owned by Avanti Homes and protected by copyright laws.

3. Quotes, Consultations & Estimates

Avanti Homes may offer complimentary design consultations/estimate either online or in person. All price estimates are non-binding until formal work agreements or invoices are signed.  Quotes may change if project details or material requirements change.

4. Service Agreements

When you hire Avanti Homes, a written service agreement, invoice, or approval message will confirm project scope, pricing, and timeline. Work will not begin until both parties confirm the project details. You agree to provide safe access to your property for the duration of the project.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule services by notifying us at least 48 hours before the scheduled work. If materials were already purchased or preparation work has begun, cancellation fees may apply. Avanti Homes reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen conditions.
